This week air’s one of the hottest events of the year on television as earlier this month Hip Hop headlined the famous underwear fashion show.
Nicki Minaj took center stage as she strut alongside models such as Chanel Iman, Miranda Kerr and Selita Ebanks while performing ‘Superbass’. The pint sized rapper introduced the pink collection for the brand while sporting her trademark pink hair. Maroon 5 also performed, with lead singer Adam Levine escorting his Victoria Secret model girlfriend, Anne Vyalitsyna down the runway.
Kanye West dedicated ‘Stronger’ to his mother calling her his ‘super angel’ during the Superhero theme of the show. The rapper was set to perform the song back in 2007 but had to pull out due to the sudden loss of his mother. ‘Ni**as in Paris’ was then released on the celeb packed crowd with a surprise appearance from Jay Z, while 8 months pregnant Beyonce cheered him on from the sides.
The pair are currently on their US ‘Watch the Throne’ tour which ends next month.
