I am part of the unfortunate few men that suffer from sensitive skin, but also suffer from egotistic machismo. Thus when I was informed of the opportunity to try and review a products that boats that “you won’t find any aggravating chemicals here” and that the products “are made with certified organic formulations and fairly traded ingredients”. I jumped at the chance; but with a hint of dubiety, it should be said.
The products state some really appealing facts that show the depth of planning and thinking behind this product. They are:-

With all this excitement and the honest feeling that the products information gave me, with getting to enjoy one of the few perks of my job which is getting free stuff. I wanted to know if the proof was really in the product, so to speak. So I ran a bath and got to testing.
Number ‘1’ is the ‘Scrub It’ Exfoliator. For an exfoliating scrub- this gel was remarkably smoother on the skin, than other exfoliations I have tried- where others have practically felt like the product was peeling my skin off. There was a lot to be desired in terms of smell, but bearing in mind this is a natural product, this can be understood and overlooked.
Number ‘2’ is the ‘Shave Now’ Wash and Shave. This product smelt and reminded me off the tasty treat Turkish Delight, and under this thinking I thought by using the product, the ultimate result would enable me this Tasty attribute after use. However the product didn’t do that much, but did provide me with smoother skin in the areas where I had hair shaved around my sideboard. This is very possibly due to the product consisting of Aloe Vera and Citrus.
Number ‘5’ Is the ‘Cool Style’ Shower Wash. This didn’t do much for the after sports scent that I entered the shower with, but it did provide a nice and thorough wash. After testing a few products, you do start to notice that there is no difference in smells. The products across the board all seem to have the exact same light and faint scent. Not the best for a shower gel. Maybe better for those with chemical affected Medical conditions.
Number ‘10’ was the ‘Itch Away ‘ shampoo. And definitely that it did. It got rid of all the dandruff and that sweaty sports itch in my hair. It left me smelling just the same as the rest of the Organic Homme products- like a big Turkish Delight.
7/10 – Great Benefits as a natural product. Great feeling. Scent lets it down.
